Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed. Once your order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and arrange either a refund, replacement, or alternative option where possible.

Giovelle delivers nationwide across South Africa and can also ship globally by prior arrangement.

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location. Typical delivery timeframes are:

To request a return, please contact us at info@giovelle.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the relevant return instructions.

Where possible, Giovelle will gladly assist with exchanges, subject to stock availability. If the preferred replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered in line with our policy.

Returns must be made within the period stated in our Returns Policy. Please ensure items are returned promptly and in original condition.
